HOW IT BEGAN
In 2023, a member of the 10X Vets community approached us with a compelling idea. Having recently sold his business, he sought a network of trustworthy and capable investors within our group to conduct due diligence and invest together in high-quality opportunities. Inspired by his vision, we formed a steering committee to gather feedback and shape this initiative.
BY JUNE 2024, THE INVESTOR SYNDICATE WAS BORN
The 10X Vets Investor Syndicate was built to foster camaraderie, collaboratively analyze investment opportunities, and establish ourselves as the premier funding source for top commercial real estate operators within the military veteran community. Through the syndicate, we aim to create a strong, supportive network that enhances investment success and strengthens our collective financial future.
